Jennifer Jones our agent sold our home within a few weeks while she is very organized and concise covering contracts and closing issues along with her wonderful referral of movers. Jennifer literally would show us a home within HOURS of notifying her; otherwise, within a day. Jennifer was fantastic in helping us sell our house in Central Ohio. She was very knowledgeable and guided us through every step of the process. Communication is exceptional and she continued to follow up on things after closing. Jennifer also provided us with a referral in South Carolina to help with our new condo purchase down south. She was very good with getting some of the issues resolved for us. She works independently and proactively on escalations for quick resolution. It has been a blessing to have such caring and kind person who does care what your interests are and what to help you watch for when purchasing a home. JENNIFER didnt didnt just say hear this one she gave me time and assurance of what I wanted. When it came to watching my back it was %100 that Jennifer did so she made sure my voice was heard and did make sure things where in place every step of the way she called she emailed she texted to make sure I received my updates to move forward with my successful purchase. Best Real Estate Agent ever!!! Jennifer has been an absolute blessing for me in my housing search. She is always available when I need her to answer questions 24/7 and she goes out of her way to set up showings for me. She has guided me through the home buying process with ease, patience and diligence, while being flexible to my needs. She has done all of this while coordinating between Columbus and Dayton. She was able to guide me away from problematic houses and provide me with a plethora of information on the areas my potential house(s) are in. It has been a blessing especially since I do not know much about the Dayton area. I would definitely recommend Jennifer to anyone who will potentially be buying in different cities or locally. Jennifer was straightforward on details, conditions of home and is still following up to ensure we are ok on purchase of home after purchase. Jennifer is her full name but after a while of working together, my 6 year old Caleb agreed on Jenn. Jennifer was an amazing person to have as my real estate agent. She provided me with help that goes beyond agent's work. I decided to build new house with no experience or knowledge for the process of doing so. But Jennifer made it much easier for me. She searched builders, helped me to understand the agreements better. She made my communication with the builder to become easier and smooth. As result i made it to close on scheduled time. The property we had for sale was a duplex rental that had been in our family for many years. From the start, our Realtor, Jennifer Jones was on top of everything. She walked us through the steps for selling our property. She kept us aware of all offers and conditions potential buyers asked about. We had some clean up in a crawl space she suggested we get done.
